On 8 September 2025, the international peer evaluation of the National Accreditation Council by AFRAC and ARAC continued. The evaluation team conducted witness visits to 8 different conformity assessment bodies covering 8 accreditation schemes: Testing laboratories, Calibration laboratories, Medical laboratories, Inspection bodies, Management System Certification, Product Certification, Personnel Certification, and the new scheme of Reference Material Producers (RMP).

The evaluation activities will continue throughout the week.
