The Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) actively participated in the second day of the TransMEA 2025 Industry and Transport Exhibition by organizing two panel discussions highlighting the Council’s role in strengthening Egypt’s national quality infrastructure and supporting industrial activities.
The first session, titled “The Role of the Egyptian Accreditation Council in the National Quality System and the Importance of International Recognition of Egyptian Accreditation,” focused on the development of validation and verification bodies for carbon emission certificates and enhancing the effectiveness of inspection bodies in supporting operations at Egyptian ports.
The session was moderated by Eng. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Halim, Head of the Central Administration for Accreditation, and featured speakers:
